BREAKFAST:
A hot drink + 2 tablespoons of Régilait skimmed milk
(i.e. approx. 15g): a very easy way to give yourself a calcium

Fish in a vanilla sauce *(see
recipe) for 1 person: 70mg of calcium
Cauliflower in a white sauce: add 3 soupspoons of Régilait
skimmed milk to your white sauce (for one portion): 100mg
of extra calcium)
Lemon meringue cream* (see
recipe): for 1 person: 210mg of calcium
Teatime
Bread and cheese, 20g of gruyère: 200mg of calcium
