A hot drink + 2 soupspoons of Régilait skimmed milk: approx. 200mg of calcium
Brioche bread with figs* (voir recette) 1 slice = 20mg of calcium

MID-MORNING

1 fruit yoghurt = 200mg de calcium

LUNCH

Chicken liver pie* (voir recette): 1 portion: 100mg of calcium
Grilled fish
Rice
Lemon pie* (voir recette) = 50mg of calcium

TEA TIME

200g of soft white cheese + 1 sachet of bifilac: 350mg of calcium

SUPPER

Seasonal raw vegetables
Mashed potatoes with milk (add 2 – 3 tablespoons of Régilait semi-skimmed milk directly into the mash): 200mg of calcium
1 boiled egg
Coconut tart* (voir recette): 100 mg of calcium
