From the day that we are born onwards, milk is an essential
part of our lives.
Up to the first 5 months or so, milk is practically our only
form of nourishment.
Throughout our lives, milk remains a major and almost irreplaceable
necessity in a healthy diet, mainly due to its richness in
protein (high in biological value), calcium and vitamins.
Every stage of our lives is linked to special nutritional
requirements, which vary depending on age, sex, (growth, puberty,
menopause, pregnancy, etc.) and the amount of activity that
we do (sport, professions which require a high degree of physical
effort, etc.).
Requirements in terms of protein, calcium and vitamins differ
according to these stages. Milk is an indispensable solution
in the face of all these needs.
