Milk
real
milk
good milk!
The recipe for Régilait milks? Milk
and nothing
else! But not just any milk. Coming from the best farms,
the milk is regularly checked and controlled at each step
of the manufacturing process to permanently guarantee
quality. Régilait milk is free from any chemical
products so that it keeps its natural taste as well as
all its nutritional qualities.
Before agreeing to market its products, Régilaits
private laboratory makes thorough checks on each production
series. The physico-chemical and bacteriological standards
are very strict, and Régilaits technological
expertise ensures quality on a permanent basis
Today Régilait goes even further by guaranteeing
that its products can be traced throughout their journey,
from the farm right up to the glass of milk that you drink.
To achieve this, a quality control procedure is implemented
from the production stage right through to the end product.
Thanks to an Agriconfiance (Agriconfidence)
certificate and a Route du Lait (Milk
Route) label, the producers undertake to respect
extremely rigorous milk production and cattle feeding
specifications. Analyses are performed throughout the
collection chain to detect pesticides, dioxins, nitrates
and heavy metals.
From the moment that the milk arrives at the factory,
the product manufacturing process entails numerous physico-chemical
and microbiological tests. The standards that are applied
are extremely strict (sometimes 10 times more strict than
the European standards). The
tests summed up in a few figures:
- Over 3000 salmonella analyses per year
- Over 700 listeria analyses per year
- Over 3000 content breakdowns (percentage of fat, etc.)
per year
- A sensorial analysis laboratory where qualified technicians
perform taste tests on the products to ensure that they
always taste as good
An I.T. system ensuring that the products can be traced
throughout the process and enabling any one product to
be pinpointed in terms of its location and quality at
any given moment. This system helps us to rapidly track
down the source of the milk that was used in the manufacture
of each product. |
