P’tit Régilait…don’t let your children miss out on it !
Developed by Research and Development Engineers and a Dietician, P’tit Réglait is a well-balanced snack which provides nutrients whose calorie value is very close to nutritionists’ recommendations, comparable to whole-milk yoghurts.
Régilait has developed this snack to give mums an alternative way of ensuring their children eat dairy products. Essential to children’s growth as they are rich in calcium, dairy products unfortunately tend to take a back seat as children grow older. Just try putting a yoghurt in a schoolbag or sports bag ! All dairy products are kept in the fridge so kids tend to eat biscuits which are often very fattening and full of sugar.
A well-balanced diet depends on a variety of different types of food. Régilait encourages mums to vary their children’s snacks for the benefit of their health and also to give them something tasty without completely forgetting the sugar which gives kids the energy they need.
