1 tin REGILAIT condensed sweetened skimmed milk
(415g)
Grated coconut (equivalent of 1 tinful)
Water (equivalent of 1 tinful)
2 eggs + 2 yolks
1 sachet vanilla sugar
zest of 1 lemon |

Pre-heat the oven to 150°.
Beat both the eggs and the egg yolks with the vanilla
sugar and lemon zest.
Add the REGILAIT condensed sweetened skimmed milk, the
grated coconut and water.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Fill 8 greased, individual ramekins and cook in a bain-marie
for 30 mins.
Leave to cool and put in the fridge.
Serve chilled.
