Prepare the day before
Preparation time: 10 mins1 tin REGILAIT concentrated
sweetened whole milk (397g)
The juice of one lemon
500g strawberries (Mara des Bois if possible)
500g raspberries for the garnish
1 bunch of mint leaves
Chantilly cream |

Mix the strawberries with the lemon juice and REGILAIT
concentrated sweetened whole milk.
Fill a savarin mould.
Put in the freezer for a whole night.
Remove from the mould before serving.
Garnish the hollow with raspberries and decorate with
chantilly cream and a few fresh mint leaves.

tip:
Instead of strawberries, you can use raspberries, gooseberries,
blackberries or wild strawberries.
