Preparation time: 5 mins1 tin of REGILAIT concentrated
sweetened whole milk (397g) (to be used as a measurer)
Strong cold coffee (equivalent of 3 tinfuls)
1/2 teaspoon of cocoa |

Pour the REGILAIT concentrated sweetened whole milk
into a blender.
use the empty tin to measure out the coffee. Pour in
with the milk.
Mix it all together in the blender until you get a frothy
texture.
Serve in tall glasses with 3 ice cubes. Sprinkle the
chocolate on top and drink immediately.
Give your cocktail an edge by adding a dash of whisky
to each glass.

Cool the glasses in the freezer for two hours.
Sugar the tops of the glasses.
