Peel the peach, cut into small pieces and put in a blender.
Add the ice cream and REGILAIT concentrated unsweetened milk.
Blend for a few seconds.
Pour into 2 large glasses and serve immediately with a straw.

Chef’s tip:
This delicious, refreshing drink can be made with other fruits (strawberries, apricots, melons, pineapples, bananas, etc.) but always make sure that they are ripe.
