1 tin REGILAIT condensed sweetened skimmed milk
(415g)
3 pears
4 eggs
60g flour |

A few fresh, finely chopped mint leaves
Flaked almonds (optional) Pre-heat the oven to 150°C
Peel the pears, cut into small pieces and add the mint
leaves.
Mix the REGILAIT condensed sweetened skimmed milk with
the egg yolks and flour. Add the pears.
Beat the egg whites into peaks, adding a pinch of salt,
and gently fold into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a non-stick greased baking dish
and cook in a hot oven for 25 mins.
Chefs tip: You
can add 2 tablespoons of flaked almonds to the mixture.
