1 tin REGILAIT concentrated unsweetened whole milk
(410g)
8 eggs
100g roquefort cheese
Pepper |

Crumble up the roquefort with a fork, then mix with
REGILAIT concentrated
unsweetened milk.
Pour half of the mixture into 4 individual ramekins.
Break 2 eggs into each ramekin and season with pepper.
Cover with the rest of the mixture.
Cook in a bain-marie in a hot oven (180) for 15 minutes.
