A sauce which is too thick, or a creamy soup which is not very creamy, is not much use… With Régilait powdered milk, successful sauces and creamy or thick soups have never been easier. It's child's play!

Take these two examples:

  1. Sauces
    Add 2 tablespoons of Régilait
    to all your cream-based sauces, and enjoy the smooth and foamy texture!
  2. Creamy soups
    Add 2 to 4 tablespoons of Régilait powdered milk
    to your thick or creamy soups before blending, and you're all set!
