Coconut flan

The ingredients

  • 400g of Régilait sweetened condensed milk
  • 40cl of milk
  • 120g of grated coconut
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Blend the two milks and the coconut.
  3. Whisk the eggs and blend in the milk/coconut mixture.
  4. Place in the oven in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
  5. Leave to completely cool and place in the refrigerator 2 hrs before serving.
