- 400g of Régilait sweetened condensed milk
- 40cl of milk
- 120g of grated coconut
- 4 eggs
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Blend the two milks and the coconut.
- Whisk the eggs and blend in the milk/coconut mixture.
- Place in the oven in a bain-marie for 40 minutes.
- Leave to completely cool and place in the refrigerator 2 hrs before serving.
