The ingredients
- 100g of flour
- 1 tsp of yeast
- 1 egg
- 1 tin (170g) of Régilait full-fat unsweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp of oil or melted butter
- A pinch of salt
- Butter or oil for the frying pan
- For a sweet version (optional): 2 tbsp of sugar
Preparation
- Blend the flour and yeast.
- In another container, beat the egg with the condensed milk, melted butter or oil, salt, and sugar if preferred. Mix in the flour and yeast. Blend fairly well.
- Heat a frying pan or pancake pan over a medium heat. Grease the pan with a little butter or oil. Wipe away any excess with kitchen paper.
- Ladle a little batter into the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Repeat until all the batter has been used up.
