1 tin (170g) of Régilait full-fat unsweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp of oil or melted butter
A pinch of salt
Butter or oil for the frying pan
For a sweet version (optional): 2 tbsp of sugar
Blend the flour and yeast.
In another container, beat the egg with the condensed milk, melted butter or oil, salt, and sugar if preferred. Mix in the flour and yeast. Blend fairly well.
Heat a frying pan or pancake pan over a medium heat. Grease the pan with a little butter or oil. Wipe away any excess with kitchen paper.
Ladle a little batter into the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Repeat until all the batter has been used up.
