Vanilla ice cream


The ingredients

  • 2 cartons (40cl) of cold whole single cream
  • 1 tube (300g) of Régilait sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

Preparation

Glace à la vanille & lait concentré sucré - Sans sorbetière
  1. Pour the 2 cartons of cream into a salad bowl. Whip the cream using an electric whisk.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla extract. Carefully blend.
  3. Pour into a container, tin or cake mould, cover and store in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
  4. Remove and leave to come to room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
